Department of Music Postgraduate Open Day
Wednesday 2 December 2009
Nottingham�s vibrant Department of Music, one of the highest ranked in the country, is home to a thriving community of postgraduate researchers. Come and find out more at the University�s Postgraduate Open Day on Wednesday 2 December.
In the morning you can attend a range of events hosted by the University�s Graduate School, introducing you to postgraduate study at Nottingham. In the afternoon the Music Department is holding a Postgraduate Study Day, which will include an introduction to Masters and Doctoral postgraduate courses in Music and a sample of the research currently being undertaken by postgraduate students. There will also be plenty of opportunity to chat with current students and staff.

� 3:30 Lesley Brown, �Interdisciplinary paths to the study of the German Lied in the rise of modernism (1890-1930)�
