Upcoming Talent REGA Has The Music Industry In A Wrap
NEW YORK, NY, November 5, 2009 - The premiere of REGA's first music
video, Wrap Mc's took place in one of New York City's hottest
nightclubs on October 24th. After its debut, the innovative video has
been earning the attention and acclaim of some of hip-hop's most
popular websites (datpiff.com, thatcrack.com, rabstudios.com/news).
The opening evening, complete with Halloween-themed decor and the
commanding live performance from REGA himself, has left a strong
impression on all of the attendees, including famed celebrity jeweler,
David Bling and successful entrepreneur Richard Adelaar (Hopewell
Capital).
"The night was a big success and every detail was thought through
meticulously," says Richard. "To know that [REGA] did everything
himself is impressive." Not only was REGA the artist, performer and
event planner, he was also the costume designer and producer of the
music video alongside director, Robert Bartolome of RAB Studios. "He
has an incredible passion for everything he does," said Bartolome,
"not just with his music, but with every single aspect of his career,
and that's a rare thing."
According to REGA, Wrap MC's is a conceptual curveball thrown at the
music industry that depicts [his] efforts to unwrap the prepackaged
'Hip-Pop' and 'One Hit Wonder' reality that exists in the music
industry today, as well as challenge the creativity of fellow artists
to bring back the era of substantial, meaningful and conceptual music.
Through his fervor, REGA aspires to become a credible and well-
established force in the music and entertainment industry.

REGA is an emcee/songwriter who was born in the Dominican Republic and
now emerges from the inner-city of Boston, Massachusetts. Stemming
from his full performance title Erregular, REGA co-founded his music
label, EnT, with business partner, Tavio Hobson in 2008. Comprised of
4 songs, the Wrap Mc's maxi-single box-set is REGA's first release and
