M64Py window resizing

Hi,

I just committed some changes to git, window resizing now works with rice video plugin. Aspect ratio will be preserved, but not in fullscreen mode.

Please test and let me know what you think.

Can someone just confirm that resizing will also work in future with glide64mk2? I see that stub is there, and I am planning to remove option to enable/disable video extension, and will not pack other video plugins with M64Py than those two.

I also tested in windows (with binary for XP Richard posted on emutalk), and unfortunately this issue is still causing problems https://code.google.com/p/mupen64plus/issues/detail?id=503 . Now sound is working, but I see in verbose output that buffer overflows often happens which slow down everything. It doesn't happen when video extension is disabled.

Hopefully it will work in the future.  I haven't really dug into the code to see how difficult it will be.  At any rate, it would be good for M64Py to be able to create windows which don't allow resizing, if the video plugin doesn't support it.

I'm glad that at least you're getting some sound now with the video extension enabled, but we'll have to dig deeper into the problem to solve #503.  It seems odd that this problem only happens when the video extension is enabled.  I'll test this under Win32 when I get the time.
