sorry, not all games work correctly. See
http://code.google.com/p/mupen64plus/wiki/GameCompatibility for a list
of games known to run correctly. Emulation problems should be reported
to the mupen64plus project since wxmupen is just a front-end
Also, for saving controller, there is a known bug in the current version
that should be fixed in the next version; For now, there is a
workaround, simply edit the textbox that says "AutoKeyboard" and write
something else there like "Custom keyboard" or "Custom gamepad" (what it
is doesn't exactly matter)
