1.5 no longer builds on ArchLinux x64

main/cheat.o: In function `cheat_write_config':
cheat.c:(.text+0x8c5): undefined reference to `list_empty'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

At a glance, cheat.c seems to include the util.c header, where
list_empty is defined.

Hopefully this isn't too troublesome to fix. I'd appreciate it if we
could get that patched up.

I cannot reproduce it at the moment. Please provide more information about the
used compiler and linker.

I would try the attached patch.
