Hi everyone!
You can look forward to many contributions from me to this list over the coming months as I was elected last week to a 2-year term on the Newburyport City Council. This is a community of 17,000 in northeastern Massachusetts. You can read more about me at the below link.
Quick question off the bat: Do you know of a list of elected municipal officials other than mayors or city/town managers who blog and/or tweet? I know about @Govtwit, but that doesn't categorize people by branch of government.

Great to see you here Ari! I only know of GovTwit. - is there some way
GovTwit could add the ability to categorize then sort by local/state/
fed? Or maybe there could be something we could set up to allow our
members to "register" or designate their blogs or online presence?
Anyone have any ideas?
