AUGUST EDITION
Monkey’s Uncle has now joined the Avenue Theater family of performers  
and we couldn’t be more excited. Starting on September 9th, we will be  
performing on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

This move will allow us to perform in a theater-style space again with  
a group that is Denver renowned for comedy — Chicken Lips. Bob & Dave  
have been doing this for years and we are honored they have opened  
their arms to the Monkeys. Tickets will now be $10; however, you can  
park for free around the theater area and while we encourage you to  
partake of the concession stand, there is no minimum to do so. Yes,  
they serve alcohol.

With that said, we cordially invite you to our Avenue Debutante Ball.  
No need to dress up for the occasion unless you just happen to have a  
tux or bustier laying about. We’ll be dressed up in our new casual  
shirts though, so there’s a reason to attend.

Mark you calendar with a recurring event: Second Wednesday of the  
month, 7:30 PM, Avenue Theater, 417 E. 17th Avenue (between Logan &  
Penn), Denver. All part of the Wednesday Night Comedy Series that  
includes Mile Hi-Larity, The Rodents Of Unusual Size and The Wigs.  
Each show is only $10 a person.
