Hey guys,

There was a time when most django developers used to prefer dojo and rails guys went with prototype. Since then dojo has declined in popularity, and jquery took the front seat.

But off late jquery is being found inadequate and there is a flurry of other tools like backbone, angularjs, emberjs being developed and used.

I have been using dojo since quite some time, and while dojo is more difficult compared to jquery for basic DOM manipulation; dojo is far simpler than jquery+Backbone or jquery+angularjs.

You are welcome to read it, it introduces basics of dojo, AMD module, dojo's version of MVC, and finally dojo's build system to create optimized builds.

Let me know what you guys think about it,

Good stuff bro.. Glad to check it out. :)

A bit much for me to finish it all out ;)  but I did catch a few typos.

Cheers,

Thanks for the feedback. I ll proof it again, it's really long and I kind of write the whole thing in a flow.

But I am fully behind dojo and highly recommend it to everyone.
