So who do you contact to get some help at Multi-Ad? We've been through
support, sales and some manager (who shall remain nameless).

We have had Creator 8.5 for over a year, give or take, and are still not
using it. We have major issues and are getting no response frorm

Bambi its ok to name me since it's my responsibility. I currently manage
the Creator product. We have not forgotten about your issue. I'm working
with the programmers on getting a timeframe for any outstanding issues. I
hope to have something shortly.

Hello Bambi,
Going through my records to find your issue with Creator. You had sent me
some files for testing and we determined the error happened when the PDF
went through the Asura product by OneVision. I had put you in contact with
their technical support. I never heard anything back after this happened.
Did you get an answer from OneVision stating is was a problem with the
Creator App? If that is the case please inform us and we can work on the
issue.
