[Patch] Make EAST gravity struts work

Here is a patch to allow bigboard to dock on the right where I prefer all of my informational type apps to go.  You set this by setting the orientation key to 'right' just like in the panel.  I may or may not work on getting drag to work.  This is a patch from F8's build so it may not apply cleanly to svn.  One note about doing struts like this is that things like notification popups and the pidgen dialog look off because they can't popup on the far right now.  I guess pidgen would be replaced by the people section but still I would like it for things like notifications to pop up over the bar.  Perhaps bigboard can start to handle notifications as I see it as an all in one place for information I can glance at. Anyway, enjoy.

Cool thanks. I reworked this a bit so it's dynamic now (handles
changing the GConf key).

I noticed just now though the slideouts don't appear on the correct
side, will fix.
