Actually your picture never got through and you don't mention anything
else about the scooter like mileage, displacement, transmission type
etc. Let me know.

Nope, no attachments visible.

Your attachement is probably too big, newsgroup has some sort of restriction
I think, not sure of what the limit is but I tried once
to send a picture of my computer, tried 15 times before I figured out that
when the image was inserted that the
actual message would be sent WITHOUT the image. my image was something like
15k and would be accepted
by the newsgroup. I suggest you edit it and make it as small as possible,
something like 5 or 6k.

Well, I see BOTH his attachments, so I think the problem lies with
you, your reader, your newsservice or your isp.
Frank, here's an idea. Load your image to a free webpage service
and post the link.

It did but was cancelled illico based on the original header (i.e., with the _full_
"Newsgroups: " field). mtl.general is a non-binary newsgroup and some people from as
far as Germany, Australia and California have sweared it will remain that way.
Ads will be tolerated for some time encore but posting binaries to mtl.general is a
definite no-no (contravening to any ISP's terms of service - TOS, yep, even Vidéotron's).
Because some ISPs are too lazy to enforce their own TOS should not be viewed as a
free pass to annoy other charter-abiding participants. The ISPs who refuse to spend
time to enforce the "No binaries on non-binary groups" rule will be forced to spend
a far greater amount of time to guard themselves against they know what.
