FS: Full Size Coffee Vending Machine At Internet Cafe (Instant Revenue)

installed in different locations. I have already sold 3 spots, now I have
decided to sell my most profitable location. I will not be here to service
the machine and refill it, I already am slacking on it with all my other
things I have going, so I must do the right thing and sell it with the
locaton.
The machine model is called system7, it is a large machine and since it is
in the internet cafe, this is the only machine that the customers and
employees use all day to buy their coffee. It needs to be filled about every
month with new coffee, french vanilla and hot choclate. It uses a water pump
with spring water (the big 18 litre bottles) they last about a couple weeks
or less, I usually leave 2 or 3 at a time there for the employees to change
them when they get close to empty, just so I do not have to go there all the
time to change them.
Coffee does not cost much, about 35.00 a case, many bags and premium grade
coffee that sells well , I get it from laniel canada, they supply the
coffee, french vanilla and hot choc. Then you have to bring them little
milks and creams, these are only 4.00 a box at stores for a big box full of
them, they last long there, I buy them like once every 3 weeks only.
Overall, the location is awesome, it is a downtown busy internet cafe on
Parc Avenue near sherbrooke, it is mostly students that go there and people
that live in the surrounding condo appartments and from the mall that is
attached to this cafe. The Cafe is street level, so people come in from Parc
avenue or from the mall on the other entrance. There are no coffeeshops
there so customers who use the coffee machine also are comming from the top
level of the mall because there is a depaneneur there beside the internet
cafe and they do not sell coffee so they tell clients to go next door and
get it from my machine at the cafe.
It pulls in a few hundred a month in profit it goes up certain months, up to
900.00 in my highest month, other months I always make a minimum of 380.00
after paying the owners of the internet cafe their 25% cut of all monies
inserted into the machine. Mind you 380, is the lowest I remember
collecting in a month, last month I collected 590 after paying the 25% to
the cafe.
It is a nice little opertunity for someone who wants a little cash business
for themselves to take this machine off of my hands. I can no longer look
after this stuff, I am leaving and becomming a resident of another country,
so this sideline of mine has to go and my main businesses are my focus from
this point on.
I am open to offers on this machine and I am not greedy, I would like the
machine to go to a good person who will take care of this customer , making
sure that you refill the machine when it needs to be refilled, dump the
garbage out of it once a month,(the old used filter paper from the filter
roll) and change the water bottles when needed. This customer has the
machine there because a friend of mine convinced him to take the machine
instread of going with van houte, cause with a machine like this, there is
no manual labour for the owner of the cafe, he just collects his 25% of the
income on it. I would like this to be an open opertunity for someone out
there who wants to maybe start their own business, this would be a cheap way
to get started and you dont have to guess if you will make money or not, it
is automatic, it has been there for about a year+ now makes money each and
every day.
Everything is in perfect working order, I even bought a brand new temp
reader for the hot water tank about 3 months ago, because the readings were
off and I wanted to replace it so that there was no issues in the future.
the machine is a few years old, but looks very nice and modern of course, it
fits right in to the whole internet cafe decor and is not some old clunky
looking machine. It has all the touch pad buttons on the front for all the
options for your coffees and a digital readout for the customers as well as
it accepts all change even 2.00 coins.
