Subject: Helpers needed for event on Sunday

Hi Everyone,

I have had no offers to help out with timing this Sunday. We need 3 people (1 to call out numbers, 1 to enter into the computer and 1 to write them down manually). I know 3+ hours is a long time, but even if family or friends are available to help out for an hour, let me know, so I can roster them in. The race can't run without timing or a number of helpers working behind the scenes to assist the race director and track crew. Please email me if you or someone you know can help out and don't assume that "someone else will do it".

I also need at least 2 more people to help me from 7:30am to set up the rego/timing tent, transition and parking and to then help with rego between 8:30am and the race start. These are good jobs for people who are riding - help out early and then go and enjoy the event. Again, please let me know in advance to assist with the planning.

Sorry Angela, I'd love to but I'm on night shift all weekend.. Unfortunately flexible rostering only flexes one way... I'm trying to get the weekend off but I doubt it will happen.
