We had feedback from a customer that some of the routes in Queens only
include a subset of the stops that actually exist on the route
(similarly to what you might see on the PDF timetables). e.g. the Q60,
Q6, Q7, Q8 and Q9 have a reduced calling pattern. Some routes on the
other hand *do* include all the stops such as the Q1. Do you know if/
when these missing stops might be added to the data?

Best,

Last I checked the Q64 was missing completely.

This is a known issue that the MTA is currently working to correct.
The routes in question are operated by the MTA Bus Company which uses
a different data format on the backend.
We hope to have this issue resolved by the end of the year.

Also keep in mind, the locations of most of the MTA Bus Company stops
are located at intersections, not at the actual stops themselves, as
they really should be, When BusTime is expanded to the Bronx, I am
assuming that the MTA Bus Company will be included. The stop_id's for
MTA Bus are much different from the New York City Transit Bus
stop_id's, so I expect that's something that's being worked on.

One curious thing I observed last night. I was waiting for the Q55 at
Myrtle Avenue and Cypress Hills Street. The MTA Bus Company has Guide-
a-Ride displays for the QM24 and QM25. It also provides times to
Google Transit, as I see the Q55 and QM24 and QM25 listed altogether
at that stop. The times at that stop are not listed in the current
GTFS. Is the data coming from the MTA? or the city DOT?

As for the last GTFS update, that was a good one (at least for the
express bus subset) since it listed stops in stop_times that were not
previously there. The arrival_time and departure_times are empty, but
I feel much more comfortable with the additional stop listings that I
am able to put them in my app where I could not (efficiently) before.

Two errors I note regarding this GTFS: the BxM4 schedule includes the
stops that were just discontinued. But the QM16 adjustment in Roxbury
appears to be correct (Jacob Riis Bath house?). It is also missing the
last trip of the QM17 from Far Rockaway at 8:00 into Midtown at 9:25.

Thanks,
