Eclipse Paho initial code available

For those who had missed the announcement on the Paho mailing list, the initial commit of code has been made to the Eclipse Paho repository and the C client is now available:

http://git.eclipse.org/c/paho/org.eclipse.paho.mqtt.c.git/tree/

The Java code should follow soon.
