[ANN] Arch Linux PKGBUILDs available on AUR

Hello,

As the last version of mpir available on Arch Linux was 2.4.0, I
talked with the former maintainer and took over the maintenance of the
package/PKGBUILD. Now we have both 2.6.0 and the latest development
snapshot from git available as mpir[1] and mpir-git[2], which should
make the life of any Arch Linux users of mpir easier.
