What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to set a mp4 file's Media Type to "Podcast" using: "./mp4tags
$file -i 21".
2. View the mp4 file's metadata using: "./mp4info $file".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Media Type should be listed as "Podcast"; instead, you
see "UNDEFINED(255)".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mp4v2-2.0.0 on OS X-10.8.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached a fix for this issue. I added an entry to the StikType enum
in type.h (Line 217) and type.cpp (Line 205).

Why 21? And why not use " -B, -podcast NUM Set the podcast
flag." instead of -i?
