Hello,

a few notes on the just-released 1.0:

- Why the big version jump?

Because people made me note that the tool does what it's meant to do
and in a stable way, and successfully argued that that's the
definition of 1.0. :)

- Why was compatibility with Thunderbird, Songbird etc. dropped?

I use MozRepl routinely only with Firefox and XULRunner, and cannot
guarantee that the extension is reasonably tested (or tested at all)
with other applications. If you are interested in using MozRepl in
other applications and are willing to test it before releases, send me
a mail. (No, you won't be required to fix bugs, only to shout in my
direction if things break. :))
