Is Pulse down?

My Pulse connections fell down at 3:35AM PST, can't seem to reconnect.

Web page says Status: Running.

If it is down, can we fix the fact that the status lies?

It [The problem] is reproduceable by some in mozilla atm. The person who
usually maintains the Pulse Service/Server is on a Holiday [Vacation]
right now. I do expect him to take a peek when he gets back (I *think*
monday).

I think QA needs a more reliable backend. :-)

The fact that we can't fix it if one person is on vacation is problematic.

I can't speak for QA, but we are working on getting IT support for pulse (the current implementation is not at IT-managed service). The hardware's actually already here, and just needs to be set up and transitioned.

As with everything in IT, it's just a matter of finding the time.
