I'm not a fan of the second-level navigation bar, although I get it that
they have much more content than l20n does.
The choice of the code snippet is a peculiar one; maybe it's not the
final version? (Update: reading the HN thread, yes, it's a placeholder.)
Overall, I think this looks very similar in terms of information
architecture to what we came up with for l20n, especially Matjaz's
latest iteration.
Read the HN thread and try to imagine what these people would say if
they saw L20n.org. I think our current design holds really well!
