Hi,
I just landed the update to make dev tie to mercurial 2.1.2.
You should update your local envs, and be sure to actually get 2.1.2.
I ended up uninstalling mercurial and then installing from scratch, as pip updates didn't go very well.

just wanted to let you guys know that stage/prod is now running on master-ball and slave-ball.
I took the extensive downtime last night to migrate over.
Changes:
- l10n-master is now in site/master-ball/l10n-master
- slave is now in site/slave-ball/slave

Elmo on EC2

I really needed to launch one of the branches (the re-design) on a remote server.
So I launched a micro EC2 server and installed a branch off my repo.

master-ball thoughts

* The name @master is causing me unnecessary escaping and trouble on the commandline. Please, can we revert this to something without a @ sign?
* Using the env created in the slave-ball doesn't work for me because it doesn't have hg. I had to use `source ../master-ball/env/bin/activat e`

Progress on new teams page

* now grouped by application names. (the trick relies on the first 2 characters of the tree code name)
* removed "X,XXX strings"
* changed the order of the progress bar as per Axel's advice
* Fixed various bugs that made it not HTML validate
