Move the Feb 4th meeting to 5th?
Hi, we're pretty crowded on our side on Monday, can we push the elmo call to Tuesday instead? It'd be good to get on one page on sandstone if we're not already. Axel

Animations on elmo
Hi, I'm just reviewing [link], which adds an animation, and I figured I take that piece out of the bug and here, with Crystal to have some UX sanity check on my personal opinions. Crystal, in particular, do the buckets make sense? Are there suggested timings for those buckets?... more »

UPDATE YOUR ENVS! (seriously)
Hi, I just landed the update to make dev tie to mercurial 2.1.2. You should update your local envs, and be sure to actually get 2.1.2. I ended up uninstalling mercurial and then installing from scratch, as pip updates didn't go very well. Axel

Help wanted for testplan

Revisiting "suggested sign-off" on the dashboard
(xposting to tools-elmo) ... ... I wonder if this means that we're hitting a bottleneck that's blocking us from releasing the new version of the teams page with all its goodness. I see three solutions: 1. release as-is, and optimize next. The teams page will feel a bit slow in some cases, but the goodness is there for all to see and benefit... more »

Elmo on EC2
I really needed to launch one of the branches (the re-design) on a remote server. So I launched a micro EC2 server and installed a branch off my repo. [link] We can perhaps use this also do talk to someone like Jason to do a slight revamp of the design and IA.... more »

master-ball thoughts
  * The name @master is causing me unnecessary escaping and trouble on the commandline. Please, can we revert this to something without a @ sign? * Using the env created in the slave-ball doesn't work for me because it doesn't have hg. I had to use `source ../master-ball/env/bin/activat e`

Progress on new teams page
  * now grouped by application names. (the trick relies on the first 2 characters of the tree code name) * removed "X,XXX strings" * changed the order of the progress bar as per Axel's advice * Fixed various bugs that made it not HTML validate * Optimized the lookup of appversions to reduce excess SQL queries.... more »
