No header in preview or message pane

I finally upgraded to TB2.0 and cant see any headers anywhere. In the
message I can't see the subject, from or to fields at all.

fiddled around with Mnenhy, finally got a slim view that is just what
I wanted, just the subject and who its from.

I had this problem, but solved it by uninstalling the 'View Headers
Toggle Button' extension.
