Is there a way to change size of the names of all the folders,
newsgroups, headers, etc....?
I'd like to do with config or userchrome and not use a theme if possible?
I use versions 2.x on one machine and 10.x on another.

Why do you want to change the size of names?

If the "folders" you refer to are your own, you're welcome
to change their names (in most cases), but presumably the
size of their names was determined by you when you named
them in the first place. The names of newsgroups are not
yours to fiddle with ... and if you were an archhacker able
to change them all, you'd mess things up for everyone else
subscribing to them. Finally, what headers?
What we have here, I think, is some kind of failure to communicate :)
