TB3 address books, where are they?

Are address books in TB3 (Win XP pro FP3) stored in sqlite databases?
If
they are what are their table names in which db in which folder. If
they
are not stored in sqlite how can I locate them, and are they readable
by
text editors?

No, they are still in old format.

You will find files with .mab as extension in name under your Tb profile
folder. Those are your address book files. For better readability you
can export address book in CSV format from Tb and open it in Openoffice
or Ms Office.

They are .mab files, and they are (mostly) just text.
