Boolean search on messages?

Is there an add-on for searcing, filtering, and/or smart mailboxes that
does full Boolean searches? Or, better yet, Boolean + regular
expressions? I found add-ons for Boolean searches of Google for
Firefox, but nothing for TB.

Failing that, can anyone recommend an e-mail client for Mac OSX which
does the above? I looked at pine/alpine/re-alpine and mutt, but, even
though I'm geek enough to want regular expressions, I'm not geek enough
to want to learn how to compile.
