Emails "Not Downloaded"

On my Yahoo pop3 account I keep getting the message "Not Downloaded
Only the headers for this message were downloaded from the mail
server. Click here to download the rest of the message". I do not
have a message size selected under disk space. Can anyone suggest why
this might be?

Tools --> Account Settings... --> [Account name] --> Server Settings

You probably have the "Fetch headers only" option checked.
Uncheck it.

Thank you. That was it. I feel really slow right now because I don't
recall ever having checked that.

Yes. Check to see that your account settings don't have 'just download
headers' set on.
