Check Tool, Options, Security, Junk tab. If enabled, check the location
of your Junk folder in Tools, Account Settings, left side Account Junk
settings. Also make sure you don't have any filters causing it (Tools,
Message filters).

Delete NOSPAM from the email address after clicking Reply.
All of that looks fine. It's weird, because it
only happens occasionally, and only with one
sender, my girlfriend no less! Occasionally
she'll tell me, "I sent you..." I say, "no you
didn't" and sure enough, there it is in the
trash, and everything else she's sent is fine.
And it's not filters, because it could be a
subject that we've been sending back and forth
several times without problem.

To expand on Terry's post, the Junk Filter has settings for where Junk will
be moved to. I prefer moving to a Junk folder within my mail account. I
also use retention controls on the Junk Folder.
