I just noticed that I can no longer view email in HTML

I think this may have coincided with the installation of Enigmail/OpenPGP.

I can't find a setting anywhere for this.

Can anyone help please?

Select that message and goto
View > Message Body As. Select 'original html' option there.

Thanx, that fixed the problem.

A few questions:
Will this setting persist or reset next run?
Will this interfere in any way with Enigmail?
Was it actually Enigmail that disabled this setting?

Yes it was Enigmail that changed that setting and no it won't reset when
you run Thunderbird again. The reason Enigmail changed that is because
encryption and HTML messages don't go well together. But since you're
just viewing messages in HTML, it shouldn't be a problem, just don't
compose messages that are intended to be encrypted in HTML.
