Subject: finally upgraded to 2.10.1
win xp sp3 / seamonkey 2.10.1

finally got around to upgrading SeaMonkey to the current version of
2.10.1 from 1.19

can someone please provide me with the * command line * for importing /
migrating my old passwords from my older version to this current version

have read the doc's, but windows is not can't find the information that
I typed...
"c:\program files\seamonkey\seamonkey.exe" - RJK-sea2 - migration

are the spaces and dashes between the words

Have a look at
<http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_migration_-_SeaMonkey>
("Manual migration").

If you want to retain all your data, go from 1.x to 2.0.14 (using
one-off manual profile migration) and then to 2.10.1 (migration happens
automatically then). You can skip all the other versions in between then.

everything was working Ok concept (don't fix what's not broken)
was also concerned of a potential problem importing relevant data
as well as just be lazy about it !

@ this point I was able to enter the 10~15 passwords I really need
verses the 40~50 I had, websites I don't really use anymore but need
passwords for, so it's not so bad, as I had thought it would be

still have the older version available for some saved emails, so i can
always just go back and get those

all in all.... not too traumatic as I had estimated

this new version is taking care of several problem that I was having
with the older version
