feature: drag and drop tab into its own window!

I just tried this because I thought it might work, it doesn't but
would seriously be a nice feature.

Say you have a tab open that is playing a video or something, you want
to continue watching it but browse around elsewhere at the same time,
so you click/hold on the tab, drag it onto the desktop and release,
and 'bam' it is separated into into own browser window.

Currently doing this operation will create a shortcut to the currently
page's url on the desktop. This could also be useful, so perhaps a
modifier key or something like "right click" -> "move to separate
window"

And actually tab-drop-to-be-new-window already works on Shiretoko and
will be avail in next beta!

I *think* plugins restart (aka: 99% of video you watch will start over)
but if you drag a *different* tab out, the video will continue but the
other tabs contents will be in a new win.
