These are the diffs between the en-US Firefox 2 documentation as
imported to SUMO early this year, and the most up-to-date content for
Firefox 3. Hopefully that will be helpful in figuring out what needs to
change in your translated copy.
For some articles, the diff might be so overwhelming it's almost easier
to start fresh by just looking at the end result of the en-US article.

For a list of in-product articles in your language, see
http://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/In-product Note that if your language
settings are not set, you might still see the en-US article when you
click an article link. If this is the case, you will see the "/en-US/"
part still there in the URL. If this happens, just change the locale
part of the URL to your language string instead.
Norwegian localizer(s): please hold off editing until we've fixed bug
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426853.
Spanish localizer(s): please use the es-ES locale! We're working on
merging es-ES and es-AR into one es locale, but until that happens,
es-ES is the one to edit.

> If I've forgotten something or someone, please let me know!
OMG I really forgot one thing: we've added one more article to the
product help category: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Page+Info+window
This article should actually have been included already in Firefox 2,
and there are hooks for it if you press F1 in that window (in Windows +
Linux anyway).
This article is not automatically created in your language, so you need
to do this manually in the same way as article translation is normally
handled on SUMO. Read more about this process here:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Translating+articles.
Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or think anything here
is unclear. We also hang out in #sumo if you want to pay us a visit! :)

Nit, the "s in the proxy description are wrong.
Axel
Argh! Interestingly, the originally imported quote from Firefox 2 was
correct. I assume this was related to the "Allow HTML" option we were
experimenting with.
I made the small change and here's an updated diff:
I guess small corrections like this really can't be avoided, no matter
how much we want to, but I also don't think this is a real problem. Even
if some locales end up with the incorrect " characters, it's not
the end of the world. I've seen worse stuff ending up on the front page
of cnn.com, and if worse comes to worst, I can correct those things
myself. :)
Hopefully, not too many localizers have already updated them. I really
apologize for this, but it's just very hard to find all errors no matter
how many times you read. :-/
I just found out from Nelson that you can create diffs that compares
between "specific old version" and "most current version", so these urls
will always work:

There have been a few locale leaders updating their pages along with us;
so the full diffs may contain a lot of changes those few locale leaders
have already applied. I just want to outline what we've changed in the
pages, since my last update.
Accessibility:
- Added Page Zoom features
- Zoom text only is not temporary
<http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-pagehistory.php?locale=en-US&page=Accessibility&compare=1&oldver=12&diff_style=sidediff>

<http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-pagehistory.php?locale=en-US&page=Customizing+Firefox&compare=1&oldver=13&diff_style=sidediff>
Downloads window:
- article was renamed ("Download Manager" is not in the UI.)
- replaced instances of "Download Manager" with "Downloads window"
- instances in which "The Downloads window will appear when you" was
turned into a list (and added "download a file" to the list)
- pause, cancel, etc. functions are links in Fx2, and buttons in Fx3.

For Internet Explorer Users:
- The entire section on Features was removed, because it was outdated

- small rewording in "Home Page as Tabs" section
<http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-pagehistory.php?locale=en-US&page=Tabbed+browsing&compare=1&oldver=9&diff_style=sidediff>
Using Firefox:
- capital letters removed from headings (expect the first word in each)
- "s" on "tips" was made to not display for Mac
- images were removed
- History > Show in Sidebar is now only for Firefox 2. A separate
section with History > Show All History was created

- the term "Search Engine" was de-capitalized in many places
<http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-pagehistory.php?locale=en-US&page=Using+Firefox&compare=1&oldver=12&diff_style=sidediff>
Actually added the word, not removed. :)
And for those who have translated the Page Info Window article, we
removed the images, and simplified the menu path from a full sentence to
"Tools > Page Info"
<http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-pagehistory.php?page=Page+Info+window&compare=1&oldver=13&diff_style=sidediff>
I assume that it isn't possible, but I'm not on the webdev side.
Cross-posting to mozilla.support.planning.
IIRC, sumo uses accept-lang headers to determine your locale, so as long
as "it" shows up before "en", you should be set.
