On the Welcome Video, why aren't there any "black" people ?

You'd need to ask marketing for a specific answer on who was chosen for the
video and why. IIRC it's a montage of video that's been taken at mozilla
events, and some new stuff taken specifically for the welcome campaign. All
of it involving employees and contributors to the project, or children of
said. If any group appears underrepresented my guess would be it's because
they just used the people who were around when they were making the videos.
Again, ask marketing for a proper answer (they have a newsgroup as well
mozilla.marketing if I'm not mistaken).
