Firefox 3 Theme for Firefox 4+ "fix" for Firefox 16+

The author dropped support for this theme and set it to expire with
FF16. I've modified the install.rdf file to remove that limit so it now
expires with FF99 (never). Otherwise it's the same. Download from:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/3xgfl0zhvfpe832/ffe_f...@game-point.net_HarveyG.xpi
Download then open the .xpi file with Firefox to install.
Word of mouth travels fast. Now 156 total downloads after 2 days:
