Cant Install add-ons (Download error -228)

I have installed Mozilla Firefox 3.6.10 on my computer. When I wanted
to install add-ons, it says "Download Error -228". Then I was
googling, and did what it was told in one article. But still, when I
install add-ons, can not be installed, and remain "Download Error
-228". What should I do next? Thank you.

What is the extension and the url you are trying to install from?

I just tried it in 3.6.11 -- no problems. It installed just fine. That
is probably not what you want to hear, but it might point you towards a
setting or something like that. Even another add-on conflict perhaps.

We'll need some more info about your Firefox setup. Go to
Help-->Troubleshooting_Information, then click [Copy all to Clipboard].

Try temporarily disabling your firewall, AV Scanner and try again.
Also make sure your FF cache is set to more than 1 mb

I've successfully installed add-ons/extension, but now I can't do it.
Though there are no settings that I change.
