I am running Vista Business as well (and Firefox 2.0.0.9) but the site
doesn't crash for me. Have you tried emptying your cache?

Hi Bruce

Thanks for that. Rather took the wind out of my sails you being able to load
it with impunity. Yes; cleared private data and still crashes. There are a
number of pages that cause this from time to time. This time I said to
myself: " I'm bloody well going to report this!! So I have.

Cheers

On 13.11.2007 18:34, CET - what odd quirk of fate caused Neil Buchan to
generate the following:? :
did you check all the options first??

popups allowed/blocked
Java allowed/switched off
JavaScript allowed/switched off
cookies allowed/not allowed

and *ALL* combinations of that list???

Hi,

maybe some extension might cause that trouble. Try create a new profile
and test the sites again. If this works try disable/uninstall one
extension at a time to find the bad extension.

I have the same problem as well. I can't load thesun.co.uk in firefox
2.0.0.11

I have the following extensions installed:

RealPlayer browser record plugin 1.0
Skype Extension 2.2.0.70
Talkback 2.0.0.11

The browser exits completely. There is no record in the event viewer
application or system log.
