Is there any utility that will enable one to see and/or manipulate cookies
in FF 3.5.5 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine?
I do not mean FF add-ons!

Not designed specifically for the cookie file, but you could use
<http://sqlitebrowser.sourceforge.net/>. (It's not exactly
Linux-based, but rather cross-platform.)
