Perhaps not in Firefox, but in the Mozilla Suite and SeaMonkey there
sure was the ability to have separators and name them. You could even
style them using CSS.

There is a bug (or several) in Bugzilla about it but I don't remember
specifics other than it's one of those "this will never be fixed" deals.
