I think we need more information.
Do you have a problem with your fingers, or is it the mouse (pointing
device), or the driver, or do you mean you just don't get a context menu
when you press the right button?
BTW, an OS, and update level, such as Windows XP SP3, or Ubuntu, Mac
OSX, etc., would be very helpful.

Can't see how that would be 3.5.1, unless you have a new profile,
nor can I see that it applies to all webpages. Even if you think it applies
to all you should have supplied an example. If is likely just some pages
with JavaScript that are doing that. Disabling JavaScript might work,
but that would impair a lot of pages. Instead try

Tools, Options, Content, Advanced, then remove the checkmark from
Allow scripts to:
[_] Disable or replace context menus

Possibly you had an extension that messed with preferences that you can
easily set yourself and the extension was disabled.

An alternative is to use a bookmarklet on demand
javascript:void(document.oncontextmenu=null\)
which you can assign a keyword to ("rightclick:", or "right")

Mouse driver, and version? Did you check the suggestion about limiting
javascript's ability to handle context menus?
Does your mouse driver have the ability to specify controls for
applications? Mine does, and that symptom could happen if the right
button were disabled, or the function moved to another mouse button.
It's happened to me. VERY confusing.

Sorry about double-posting.

If you install certain extensions you may have problems
everytime there is a new version of Firefox.

Your settings may have changed because of an extension if you
have Tab Mix Plus go to the home page and click on the
link at the very top and read notes before installing. from the
Developer's Build ("Dev-Build")..

When I upgraded to 3.5 after running the beta I had the same problem. My
problem was caused by the yahoo tool bar. About a week later there was a
update for the tool bar and now right click works again. so one of your
add on or extension may be the culprit.

Same here... after uninstalling the Yahoo toolbar, I can right click
and middle click again.

I am having much the same problem - restricted to disabled attempts to
cut or copy highlighted text, also keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-c) will
not copy. Right clicking on highlighted text will not even bring up
the menu offering the options. I suspect it is time to start in safe
mode and go from there, as I don't have to uninstall that damned Yahoo
toolbar again (Rant: Sick of software that defaults to install it also
instead of having me specifically opt for it).

Someone in another thread on this issue said that uninstalling the Yahoo
Toolbar solved the problem. See:

And NOW you know why I don't allow ANY third-party toolbars to be
installed on my computers.
I have found them to be vastly more trouble than they are worth.
