Hi All,

Just upgraded to the new version of Lightning...

I kinda liked the "old style" of the Today Pane where it is under the
Folder Tree. Now, you toggle the Today Pane on|off and it appears on the
right side of the Thunderbird client. It was nice to have a quick glance
at the small calendar and events/tasks and your mail all on one screen...

Is there any settings to allow the "old style" to work as well?

Thanks!

Steve

Not at the moment. But perhaps someone can/will code an extension to do
this.

yeah... hope they hurry... don't like the new placement... or losing
that monitor "real estate"

Different strokes for different folks - that's one of the features I
like BEST about 0.7. This way, there's room for all my folders and main
newsgroups in the left pane.
