Hi,
I am looking for One Line Command or a simple script to set the
'shutdownhtml' in /var/www/html/bugzilla/data/pa ram file.
From...
'shutdownhtml' => '',
To....
'shutdownhtml' => 'Archiving DB and Bugzilla config... It could
takes 5 min or longer.',
Did try to use "sed" but somehow the config above has Single Open quote ' ,... more »

We are trying to upgrade Bugzilla in conjunction with a new server that we have. I don't know the old version, but it's before 3.2, and we're going to 4.25. We're on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, and I have made it through most of the installation and configuration outlined on the Bugzilla page and the MozillaWiki page on moving a Bugzilla installation.... more »

Problem sending email from bugzilla

I have bugzilla 4.2.5 running on Ubuntu using postfix. Email from bugzilla is sent from bugzilla-dae...@myhost.mydomai n.com. (The real name is altered). The email is sent through Exchange server. Up until recently everything worked perfectly. A few days back mail stopped being delivered. Mailq on bugzilla shows "(host exchange.mydomain.com[xxx.xxx. xxx.xxx] said: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources (in reply to MAIL FROM command))".... more »

Hi All
I am very new to Linux and have both Perl and my SQL installed- I hope and am ready to start the Bugzilla install. I just ran into a small problem.
I cannot figure out how to pull BugZilla into the Red Hat system and how to start the unpacking in Red Hat.
I can figure out a Windows system but learning Linux is going to take me some time.... more »
