I have a few custom fields that I want the user to see in the Bug
Entry Form - and do not want it to show up in the Advanced Fields
section.

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks

You will have to edit the template files to get this done. The template file that deals with bug creation is <root directory>/template/en/default/bug/create/create.html.tmpl.

The fields engulfed by "expert fields" CSS class are part of the 'Advanced Fields'. You need to remove the fields from it so that it appears in bug entry form.

How were you able to do this? I looked in the create.html.tmpl but can't find anything where I can remove the custom field so that it appears in the simple entry form?

Thanks!
