I get this error when committing a bug to the system. I am running version
3.2 on Windows. Thanks.

You probably try to use authentication with SMTP, but you don't have the
Authen::SASL Perl module installed.

Ahh. There are various optional modules that you can install
when you install Authen::SASL. If you haven't installed the optional
module needed to communicate with your server (not sure what module
that would be), then you might get a message like that.
