Custom fields not displayed after upgrade 3.2 --> 3.4.4

After upgrading from 3.2 to 3.4.4, none of my custom fields display on the new bug entry page. They are still visible in the Custom Fields page (via Admin), they just don't display on the entry page, which causes errors because of missing field vaues.

Anybody know how to get the custom fields to display?

Additional info:

* Sanity Check runs with no errors

* The custom fields are displayed for existing bugs, just not on the entry page

OK, I found the "Show Advanced Fields" link.

Is there a setting that will make "Show Advanced Fields" the default instead of hiding them?
