bugzilla 3.4.4 oracle installation error

I get the following error after installing bugzilla 3.4.4 (red hat
linux, apache web server, local oracle 10.2.0 database):

Software error:

'oracle' is not a valid choice for $db_driver in localconfig: Can't
load 'lib/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so' for
module DBD::Oracle: libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory at /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-
thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 230.

I have added ORACLE_HOME and LD_LIBRABY_PATH to httpd.conf but still
the same error. Any ideas?
