How to Create a Shared Search List that Shows Current Bugs for Each Individual User

current bugs for each individual users? I am the admin of a bugzilla,
I want to create a bug list filter for my members. This bug list will
show all the bugs that are currently assigned to them. I am thinking
about using the Advanced Search functionality to create a search list
and share it with everyone.
The problem is that there seems to be no way I can specify an
"environmental variable" for the given field, i.e., I can't specify a
variable so that for whichever user sees the list, the highlighted
field will be filled with his username.

Any idea how to work around this limitation?

That is pretty much what the "My Bugs" link on the top and bottom of all
pages is. It's also on the default "home" page. The parameters for that
can be configured via
Admin : Parameters : Query Defaults : mybugstemplate
It's a little ugly but workable. I just looked at that query's
parameters and userid looks as though it gets filled in elsewhere.

Every user of bugzilla will be able to view the bugs from "My Bugs"
link at the footer, unless it is restricted from Preferences.
My Bugs link will show the search results of that particular user in
the following status- New, Assigned and Reopened
Sharing can be done to a particular group and My bugs cannot be shared
by default, because it is already made available to user.
Please make your query more understandable to answer appropriately.
