1) For new bugs, sometimes I haven't assigned an assignee yet.
However, Assignee is a mandatory field. How to make it be optional?

2) Sometimes, I have multiple assignees. Bugzilla dont allow me to do
so. So now I assign one. Then add another one in CC field.
Any better suggestions?

I have the same issue . It seems bugzilla will allow only one assignee
per bug and that is a mandatory field. Please suggest me for any
changes required at server side code or database to make it possible.
