As described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=870871, the dev environment is currently pulling the voting branch of the reps.mozilla.org repository. This change will be in place for approximately 2 weeks while development of voting features is underway. This means...
* automated testing on dev-reps.allizom.org will be disabled
* changes made to master during this period will first appear publicly on reps.allizom.org (staging)
