Is it possible to implement (for selected mentees) 'co-mentor' (using
existing mentors) to reduce the issues of remote mentoring?

Thanks,

Hey Danishka,

I am not sure I understand your question/proposal. Could you please provide an example?

Regards,
Henrik

Example;

Danishka is mentoring a rep 'Seth' from Henrik's country/region.
Danishka request Henrik to run the mentoring process by locally monitoring
his work.
As Henrik know whats happening in his country, he can easily approve
swag/etc requests (of Seth) during the orientation period.

But there are several reps under both Danishka and Henrik, those mentored
by personally.

If issues with a remote mentoring are blocking the mentoring process, why
not reassign to other mentor?

Regards.

I agree. I think co-mentoring would complicate things too much.
Re-shuffling should be the preferred option.

+1 to reshuffling… I know we just had a large reshuffle, however minor ones here and there would ease up, and reduce the need for regular large scale reshuffles.
