[Reps-General] Clarification in submitting a request for a Keon Device

Helloo all,

In the wiki page https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReMo/SOPs/Keon_Request .

In the "Requesting a Keon device" section, there is nothing specific what
should we fill in the "Event page" input fields while submitting the
request !!

The same Mozilla Reps profile page has to be filled ?
