Below 18 years

Hi,

One of Indonesian applicant Muhammad Fadhil [1] mentioned his birth date as
1994 November 17th.
I suspect he is bellow 18 years old as he mentioned (twice) his birth date
as 17th November 1994.
Finally he said his birth year was 1993 but he does not have any proof to
confirm the birth year (using a ID card).

I can reject his application as per our official procedure, but I do not
want to loose him as its a mater of one month.
I never checked birth date for previous applicants but unfortunately I
found him due to this random question.

My question is shall we keep him without rejecting till 18th of November
2012, continue the screening process?

yes, let's just keep him in the orientation period and then formally accept him into the program after November 18th.

Hi William,

I did not continue his interview as I was not suppose to give him a hope.
I think there is no issue from Indonesia to work for a community if he is
bellow 18.
And also as the interviewer I do not have any issue from my side.

The only issue is to Mozilla if its applicable.

OK, I will set a date to continue the meeting/interview.
